Rudi Pescosta is the Concordia's owner and chef: thanks to his extensive experience, he can satisfy all guests' tastes and needs. His art is based on the use of top quality raw materials and fresh products that with inspiration, originality and skill he transforms into small masterpieces: a real feast for the senses.

Maria Pescosta is responsible for service and Concordia's wine expert. Always smiling and good-natured, she places all her experience and know-how at the disposal of every guest to recommend the best dishes and the most suitable wines, but also how to get the most out of a pleasant vacation in Val Gardena.

Assisted by their daughter Daniela, the Pescostas know how to create a remarkably cordial, pleasant and enchanting atmosphere that produces total relaxation and magically makes any and all stress disappear in the wink of an eye.
